Jovana, one of our cultural exchange participants in Spain, spent a month in Málaga, the sparkling gem of Andalusia. Here’s what she shared about her time there:
From the very beginning, I loved everything—starting with the host family I stayed with, to the city itself. The people were wonderful, the children were amazing… everyone was incredibly kind and respectful, and I could always count on them to be open to communication and cooperation. As for Málaga—I think it’s one of the most beautiful cities in all of Andalusia. There’s so much to see and experience here.
In my free time, I relaxed at the beach, hung out with other program participants, explored the city, or went on little trips to nearby towns. What I loved most was that there was always time for you—but also time to discover new places, meet people from all over the world, and enjoy the best of both worlds.
Her message to future participants:
To anyone considering the program—don’t hold back! This will be an unforgettable experience, something you’ll remember and talk about for the rest of your life.
