Sabina is wrapping up her stay in Pontevedra through the “Discover Spain” cultural exchange program, and she shared her impressions with us:
I’ve been in Spain for over two months now, and I’m blown away by the scenery, the people, and the food. It didn’t take long to adjust to this new way of life, especially in a place where people are incredibly warm and welcoming. My host family made me feel at home right away—both parents are easygoing and great at communicating.
I’ve had the chance to explore several nearby towns, and I even made it to Portugal. I tried surfing for the first time, went rafting, hiked some incredible trails, and swam in the Atlantic Ocean.
My time in Spain has been nothing short of an adventure—one I’ll remember for the rest of my life
